In 2015, we launched Sakura Japan Shoppe in Saitama, Japan, with a mission to help customers secure exceptional deals on luxury handbags from outlets and boutiques while we were studying abroad. Our business began by specializing in the Fossil brand, but as demand grew, we expanded our offerings. Partnering with associates in the USA and Europe, we introduced a variety of renowned brands, including Coach, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade, Tumi, Karl Lagerfeld, and Polène. Today, we’re honored to have built a loyal customer base that trusts us for quality and value. We are not affiliated with any brand we sell here on our store, however they are guaranteed authentic and original coming from the brand official outlet stores, boutiques or websites.

SHIPPING POLICY

Change in Shipping Address

If you need to request a change of shipping address, please email us at aza.sakurajapan@gmail.com within 12 hours of submitting your order.

If a request to change the shipping address is made more than 24 hours after order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods at our return center. If the returned goods meet our return policy requirements, the refund will be initiated. The refund method will be based on your original payment method:

For online bank transfers, full refunds will be credited to your bank account via online transfer, typically within 3-5 working days.

For credit card refunds, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on the processing time for the credit refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will only ship to the billing or shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Please ensure that accurate addresses and a reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only deliver to valid physical addresses.

We are not liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.

All re-delivery of goods will incur additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 4-8 weeks from the deposit date for US ready stock and pre-orders.

For MY ready stock, products will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) to reach your destination.

Tracking Number

Once goods leave our warehouse and are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID will be sent to you via email/Whatsapps.
