RETURN POLICY

The following policies apply to return requests after shipment or receipt of goods:

Orders are returnable within 2 working days from the date of delivery if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Only items purchased directly from Sakura Japan Shoppe are eligible for returns under this policy. Any products bought from other retailers are not covered by this policy and must follow the return and refund policies of the respective retailer.

Goods are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Incorrect Item: The item received is not the one ordered, is the wrong size, or differs from the type specified in the order summary, or there are missing items in the packaging.

Damaged Item: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt, or shows signs of tampering, refurbishment, or modification. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for complete Sakura Japan Shoppe selling products.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 2 working days of receipt, as verified by the postal or courier receipt.
  • Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) is required.
  • The item must be in new condition, returned in its original packaging, and include any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original box, or at minimum, with suitable packaging to protect it from damage during return shipping.

Order changes and cancellations are not permitted once payment is confirmed. Cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund requests deemed unfit or unreasonable.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods at our return center. If the returned goods meet our return policy requirements, the refund will be initiated. The refund method will be based on your original payment method:

  • For online bank transfers, full refunds will be credited to your bank account via online transfer, typically within 3-5 working days.
  • For credit card refunds, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on the processing time for the credit refund.
